Stress Management training programme is designed to enable the participants to recognise the symptoms of stress and adjust themselves to deal with it in a positive manner.
During the course you will learn about the stress busters and treat stress as an opportunity rather than a threat, for personal growth and development. You will also develop your own stress management strategy and pass through a self analysis stress test.
The method of training would be through discussions and interactive participation.
