Location: Neemrana (Rajasthan)

Qualification: MSW/MBA

Experience: 8-10 Years

Job Description:

  • Responsible for overall Program Management to ensure all schools in the district  move towards grade A in School Report Card
  • Effective Implementation of Annual School Calendar , Monthly Memos , School Micro  Plan
  • Continuous Performance Evaluation of HT/ teachers and feedback to ensure improvement in their teaching skills
  • Ensure effective classroom transactions as per curriculum.
  • Support HR in Recruitment of teaching as well as non teaching staff
  • Supervise and Mentor the CCs towards the academic, non-academic , administrative and Managerial  functions of the school
  • Quality process implementation and bridging the gap found in audit
  • Implementation of school operating manual
  • Data Analysis along with the team to capture critical issues that may require quick attention and mid-course correction
  • Provide performance based leadership and build and motivate effective team to achieve the target and ensure accountability through appropriate performance management
  • Plan organise and coordinate continuing community outreach program and carry out Liaison with local PHC, Sarpanch, Panchayat, local leaders
  • Assist in formulation of AOP, submitting monthly budget provision and projection, and monitor day to day expenses  of  the district
  • Timely forecast and delivery of   School materials.
  • Year round routine maintenance of school building with support of Construction team
  • Undertake school visit on regular basis to monitor inputs and make recommendations , improve programmatic outcomes and to conduct periodic programmatic review.
  • Ensure Timely  Submission of various reports – MSR, School Report Card, Teacher Observation Report, Annual Report, etc
  • Liaisoning with local and District Government Officials for effective implementation of proposed activities.
  • Ensure the functioning of the computers in the schools with IT support
