Head – Sales

1 Sale of Guest Rooms and Suites through direct sales and agent partnerships.
2 Identify new markets and business strategies to enhance sales and implement action plan to market areas identified.
3 Conduct daily sales calls and arrange inspection trips for corporate clients.
4 Provide highest quality of service to customer at all times.
5 Execute and support operational aspect of business booked such as generating proposal, negotiate rates, drafting contracts and customer correspondence.
6 Able to support service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
7 Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the community and develop strong relationships with resident services team to ensure working in unity and always striving to achieve the same goals.
8 Travel for sales calls to potential clients for developing the account. Building strong affiliations with business providers.
9 Attend all internal meetings and training activities to ensure deep understanding of the Antara Way.
10 Manage and develop relations with key internal and external stakeholders.

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualification:

3 year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major.

Years of Experience:

 

 

3 to 5 years in sales and marketing in related professional area.

 

 Behavioral Skills:

 

·         Proven success in a similar role and environment.

·         Empathy towards your customers and colleagues.

·         Polished personal presentation with Warm, confident and hospitable personality.
