- HandlingCorporate accounts looking after their overall activities right from sales ,services, Bill collection and retaining of existing accounts.
- Effectively manages leads and continuously updates CRM throughout thesales process to close of deal.
- Generates profitable new business through prospecting and enquiry handling within the iocal market in order to exceed set Targets.
- Handling overall profile of the Company for RoomSales.
- Generates profitable new business through prospecting and enquiry handling within the local market in order to exceed set targets.
- Track the activities of competitors in the region.
- Developed and implemented Customer Relationship Module enabling customer profiling.
- MIS : Tracking of performance and analysis of the business so as to take key management decisions
- Maximizing revenue contribution
- Retention, acquisition and conversion of high potential accounts.
- Supervising and mentoring new team members and Management Trainees
