This role is ideal for a professional who can drive revenue, build strong client relationships, and deliver exceptional event experiences.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Lead and manage the overall catering operations
✔️ Develop and execute sales & revenue strategies
✔️ Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and private clients
✔️ Oversee event planning, execution, and service quality
✔️ Collaborate with F&B, operations, and sales teams for seamless delivery
✔️ Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
✔️ Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service excellence
✅ Key Requirements:
✔️ Proven experience in a Director of Catering / Senior Catering role
✔️ Strong background in hospitality and F&B operations
✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
✔️ Demonstrated ability in revenue generation and business development
✔️ Leadership mindset with team management experience
