🔹 Executive Sous Chef
💰 CTC: ₹23 – ₹25 LPA
🔹 Senior Sous Chef – Indian Cuisine
💰 CTC: ₹15 – ₹18 LPA
🔹 Sous Chef (2 Openings)
✔️ Indian Cuisine
✔️ Western Cuisine
💰 CTC: ₹10 – ₹12 LPA
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Lead and manage daily kitchen operations
✔️ Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation
✔️ Supervise and mentor kitchen teams
✔️ Maintain hygiene, safety, and food standards
✔️ Plan menus and introduce innovative culinary concepts
✔️ Manage inventory, costing, and kitchen efficiency
✅ Key Requirements:
✔️ Proven experience in luxury hotels / fine dining kitchens
✔️ Strong expertise in respective cuisines
✔️ Leadership skills with team management experience
✔️ Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
✔️ Strong focus on quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction
✔️ 🎓 Graduation is compulsory
