💰 CTC: ₹12 LPA + Service Charge

🔷 About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead operations at a premium fine dining restaurant. This role demands a strong leader who can deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive profitability, and manage high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Oversee complete restaurant operations ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning
✔️ Deliver exceptional guest experience & service standards
✔️ Manage and optimize P&L performance
✔️ Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house & back-of-house teams
✔️ Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation
✔️ Handle vendor coordination & inventory management
✔️ Drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
✔️ Support pre-opening activities (if applicable)

🎯 Candidate Profile:
✔️ Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager
✔️ Strong background in Fine Dining / Multi-Cuisine / 5-Star Hotels
✔️ In-depth knowledge of P&L Management
✔️ Excellent leadership and team management skills
✔️ Strong communication and decision-making ability
✔️ Experience in pre-opening setups will be an added advantage
