✅ Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead end-to-end culinary operations for premium catering events
🔹 Conceptualize and execute diverse, high-quality menus for high-volume functions
🔹 Ensure kitchen hygiene, food safety standards, cost control, and vendor coordination
🔹 Train, manage, and inspire large F&B teams to deliver consistent quality & presentation

🎯 You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have:
✅ A Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management
✅ Experience in luxury hotel kitchens or professional catering setups
✅ Proven ability to lead large culinary teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
