House Manager is to look after the regular operations of a house and make sure they are running seemingly Keeping your property and assets in the best condition and maintaining their value requires regular and planned maintenance and management. to manage the full technical requirements of a modern 5-star luxury Estate candidate may be a handyperson and can manager all types of facilities Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen, Event, Technical Maintenance etc. 

• Supervising and training to all staff
• overseeing the work house keeping, F&B, kitchen and maintenance 
• overseeing procurement of household goods,
• looking after guests and events
• organising dinner parties and events 
• Being hands-on with all administrative duties, including: Planning, budgeting, managing schedules, Biling, payment, contract etc. 
• Being a good communicator, understanding the client’s likes and dislike
• Being knowledgeable on a wide range of areas related to the role
• Being responsible, efficient, discreet and organised
• Automation & Maintenance of property, Management of all Technical systems including Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems (HVAC)
• Vehicle Maintenance
• Health & Safety, Fire, food safety and other Risk Assessments
• Waste, recycling and sewage
• Guttering & Drainage
• Energy & Environment
• Architecture, Surveying, Engineering Home Technology systems; Audio / Video, lighting, shading, climate, security
• Swimming pools, steam rooms and Saunas
• Renovations, repairs and improvements
• Painting and Decorating
• Locksmith, glazing, carpentry, electrics, plumbing, upholstery, chandelier maintenance and flooring
• Financial Management; OPEX and CAPEX English Heritage and Historical compliance

• Should be responsible
• Should be well organized
• Should possess strong leadership qualities
• Should have good communication skills
• Ought to respect the confidentiality of householders:

Experience : 20 to 25 years 

Education : Hotel Management Course 

Preferable : Gujarati 

Age : 50 to 55 years 

Exp. : Should have worked as house manager for high-end residence of big industrialist or corporate tycoon

Job Location – Mumbai

CTC Budget – upto 40 LPA (depending on current ctc)
