Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Manager – Travel Operations to lead and oversee luxury and high-end travel experiences. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in managing travel for HNI clients, with deep knowledge of both domestic and international destinations (Europe, UK, USA, Africa). A strong background in travel operations, supplier coordination, and premium client service is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare and manage personalized, day-wise travel itineraries for individuals and groups
✅ Organize, schedule, and monitor end-to-end travel bookings — flights, hotels, transport, and experiences
✅ Build strong client relationships, especially with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs)
✅ Develop and manage a reliable network of travel partners and luxury service providers
✅ Handle international and domestic travel planning with high attention to detail
✅ Negotiate competitive pricing with suppliers to ensure value and quality
✅ Operate through both B2B and B2C travel portals with proficiency
✅ Manage visa application processes, liaising with VFS and embassy services
✅ Use Galileo (GDS) for reservations (preferred but not mandatory)
✅ Supervise and guide the travel operations team effectively
✅ Resolve client issues promptly and professionally
✅ Stay updated with travel trends, geography, and global travel protocols

Key Requirements:
– 8 to 10 years of experience in travel operations, preferably with exposure to luxury travel
– Excellent knowledge of global travel routes and destinations, especially Europe, UK, USA, and Africa
– Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint for creating travel decks/presentations)
– Experienced in managing B2B and B2C travel systems and vendor networks
– Familiar with visa application procedures and embassy coordination
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
– Leadership qualities with experience in managing small to mid-size teams
– Adaptability, discretion, and professionalism in handling high-profile clients
– Working knowledge of Galileo GDS is a plus

Preferred Candidate:
– Male candidates preferred due to role-based responsibilities and travel support needs
